दाँत में असहनीय दर्द होता है। कभी-कभी सूजन भी आती है। क्या दाँत निकलवाना पड़ेगा ?

आपके दाँत का दर्द संक्रमण (Infection) के कारण है और इसी कारण सूजन व मवाद भी आता है। इस स्थिति में रूट कैनाल ट्रीटमेन्ट (Root Canal Treatment) (आर.सी. टी.) अथवा दाँत की नस का इलाज करवाना पड़ेगा। इससे आपको दाँत नही निकलवाना पड़ेगा।

चोट लगने से आगे का एक दाँत टूट गया है क्या करूँ?

दाँतों के अन्दर जो नसें होती हैं अगर व खुल जाए तब रूट कैनाल ट्रीटमेन्ट (RCT) करवाना पड़ता है। इसके बाद पोस्ट एण्ड कोर (Post & core), कम्पोज़िट (Composite) लाइटक्योर फिलिंग अथवा क्राउन कैपिंग (Crown Capying) करनी होती है।

मेरे दाँत टेढ़े-मेढ़े / बाहर निकले हुए और पीले हैं। इस कारण शादी में दिक्कत पेश आ रही है, क्या करूं?

टढ़े-मेढ़े बाहर निकले हुए दाँतों का इलाज ब्रेसेस या / इनविज़ एलाइनर द्वारा

छूने भर से मसूढ़ो से मवाद या खून आने लगता है। मुख से दुर्गन्ध बहुत आती है।

लक्षणों के आधार पर आपको पायरिया की शिकायत है। डॉक्टर से दाँतों को साफ (स्केलिंग) करवाकर दवा (Medicine) लें। तीनों वक्त भोजन करने के बाद ब्रश सही तकनीक से करें। (सही ब्रश व सही सही तकनीक आप हमारे My Dentist के Dr. Javed Ahmad से आकर सीख सकते हैं।) इससे निश्चित रूप से आराम मिलगा ।

मॉडलिंग करने की मेरे मन में बहुत तीव्र इच्छा है किन्तु ऊपर के कुछ दांतों पर बचपन से पीली धारियां है। इस कारण लगता है। मेरी तमन्ना दिल में रह जायेगी।

Your toothache is due to infection and this also causes swelling and pus. In this situation, Root Canal Treatment (RCT) or treatment of the nerve of the tooth will have to be done. With this you will not have to get your tooth removed.

A front tooth is broken due to injury, what should I do?

If the veins inside the teeth get opened then root canal treatment (RCT) has to be done. After this, post & core, composite lightcure filling or crown capping has to be done.

Pus or blood starts coming out from the gums just by touching them. There is a lot of foul smell from the mouth.

Based on the symptoms you are suffering from pyorrhea. Get your teeth cleaned (scaling) by a doctor and take medicine. Brush your teeth with the correct technique after all three meals. (You can learn the right brush and the right technique from Dr. Javed Ahmad of My Dentist.) This will definitely provide relief.

I have a strong desire to do modelling, but some of my upper teeth have yellow streaks since childhood. This seems to be the reason. My wish will remain in my heart.
